A few things to consider when visiting this place is very busy most of the time. The pizza is 4 out of 5. The atmosphere is loud at times but the staff is friendly.
Went with friends for a late lunch. The menu is so extensive!! Not your regular pizza joint. I had a taco salad, my friends had pizza and a quesadilla. Everything was delicious. We sat outside in their (new to me) dining area. Very comfortable!! The waitress was fun and she was great. I'll definitely be back!
Good food never dinned in only been through drive through. Service is mid. Don't really have anything else to add but needed to use all my characters.
Ordered from A-1 a couple times while in town, but have been eating their food for years. The pizza the first night was pineapple, pepperoni, and mushroom. Excellent. Best pizza in Hinsdale. Ate three huge pieces. Would've eaten more, but my brother boxed up the leftovers. The next time we visited, I ordered the buffalo chicken mac n cheese. Holy hockey sticks, this was good. I couldn't eat all of it, but I'm sure my brother finished it off the next day. Garlic bread was ok. Dessert was also part of our order, and the chocolate cake and chocolate cheesecake were divine. Let me tell you, sweet dreams are made of these. Ownership is top notch and couldn't be better. Brunch on Sunday is now part of the menu, so get your cheeks in the seats and enjoy some amazing food from some great local people.
